Meet Victoria
MOFFATT GRACE HOME COLLECTION
I’m Victoria Grace, the face behind-the-scenes managing your full-scale renovation, designing your new space, or staging your home for sale. I collaborate with industry professionals and vendors to deliver above and beyond the design vision. We show up as a community to turn a concept into reality!
Creativity and problem-solving always played a big role in my life. I was the kid rearranging her bedroom furniture to find the optimal layout, and obsessively watching Sarah Richardson’s “Room Service” on TV. I’ve always believed that a home should be a space that makes you feel not only calm and happy, but also proud.
In adulthood, my A-type personality led me to the conventional route of going to university, and then climbing the corporate ladder. But while I was getting my Master’s degree, leading huge teams, and managing major projects at a Fortune 500 company, something was pulling me back to interior design.
In 2016, my husband and I decided to start investing in real estate. This quickly turned into the foundations for MGD, where I was finally able to use my innate creativity to design high-end spaces, while applying the business acumen I had learned in the corporate world.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience leading renovations, designing and decorating functional new builds, and staging listings. MGD has cultivated a collaborative framework, including realtors, contractors and engineers so we can handle any challenge that comes our way.

AUGUST MOON RISE
August Moon Rise is a scent studio shaped by stillness, story, and the quiet architecture of inner life. Each piece is created in service of the practice of becoming - the slow, lived evolution that unfolds across the phases of a life, not the pages of a calendar.
What we make is not meant to perform calm.
It is meant to hold it.
Our candles are companions for human thresholds: endings that arrive quietly, beginnings that feel unsure, periods of waiting, moments of return. They are poured for real life — for kitchens with warmth still in the air, for evenings that arrive without ceremony, for breaths taken between who you were and who you are becoming.
Our Philosophy
We believe becoming is not a destination.
It is a practice.
A quiet devotion to what is changing within you.
A willingness to meet your life as it is — not as it should be styled.
Through scent, we work with memory, nervous-system ease, and emotional atmosphere. Through form, we honour restraint, weight, and intention. Through time, we acknowledge that growth moves in phases, not straight lines.
Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is performative.

Meet Jess
THE LISTING RESET
Hi, I’m Jess, the hands behind The Listing Reset.
I style homes to sell using what sellers already own, layered with my own collection of decor. I started this business because I kept seeing the same gap: full staging is expensive, and the sellers who didn’t want it or couldn’t afford it were left to figure everything out alone. Busy families who didn’t know where to start. Homes emptied of all their personality so they no longer felt like anyone’s. I knew there was a middle path, so in the spring of 2026 I left my job and built it.
Now I spend my days helping sellers across St. Thomas, London and Port Stanley get their homes photo ready without stripping out the things that make them theirs. You should still feel at home while your home is listed.
But styling is only half of it. I’ve been an artist for years, and this business finally gave me a way to marry that passion with the work. That’s the other half of what you’ll find at my table. I hand paint champagne bottles as one of a kind gifts, often as closing gifts for realtors, but also for anniversaries and milestones worth celebrating. I draw and frame little portraits of people’s homes. And I rescue thrifted and found pieces, then paint, plaster and rework them into something new.
Everything I make comes from the same place: I believe the things in your home should feel personal, a little imperfect, and full of story. Nothing at my table came off a shelf looking the way it does now. It all passed through my hands first.

Meet Alex
NICHE BOUTIQUE
I’m Alexandra Nichelle Elliott, founder of NICHE Boutique.
In November 2020, I took a leap of faith into solopreneurship and the world of online retail. After eight years working in the fast-paced and competitive fashion industry, I had a deep appreciation for standout merchandising, meaningful storytelling, and most importantly building genuine relationships with customers.
Like so many others, the pandemic slowed life down and gave me space to reconnect with myself. I rediscovered my creativity, my love of learning, and reflected on what truly brings me joy. Creativity has always been at the core of who I am. I grew up in an entrepreneurial and artistic home, surrounded by colour, texture, form, and beauty - elements that made me feel alive and became the language through which I expressed myself.
After graduating from OCAD University, I found that my full-time career left little time or energy to nurture my art, and over time, I lost touch with my creative joy. With the encouragement and unwavering support of my partner and family, I courageously chose to embrace my creativity fully and bring all of my skills together in one place.
And so, NICHE Boutique was born!
