Choose between The Beacon and The Vault, or expand your gathering across both floors to create a seamless, multi-space experience for your guests.
Venue rentals begin at $400 on weekdays and $600 on weekends (minimum 3-hour booking).
Most events invest between $500 and $1,000+, depending on guest count, timing, setup requirements, and optional event support.
Pricing is subject to change and HST.

the beacon
meetings, workshops & seminars
From team meetings and workshops to presentations, seminars, and smaller networking events, The Vault offers a thoughtfully designed environment for productive, engaging gatherings of up to 12 guests.
Our self-serve venue model gives you the flexibility to create the experience that best suits your gathering. Your booking includes access to The Vault, all existing furniture, curated styling, Wi-Fi, mobile TV, and access to our kitchenette.
Guests are responsible for setup, teardown, and returning the space to its original condition within their booking time, ensuring it's ready for the next guest experience.
For larger gatherings or breakout-style experiences, The Beacon and the Full House access is available. Please inquire for availability and set-up requirements.
