From team meetings and workshops to presentations, seminars, and smaller networking events, Lumen House offers a thoughtfully designed environment for productive, engaging gatherings of 2 to 20 guests.

Your booking includes access to your chosen floor, along with all existing furniture, curated styling, Wi-Fi, and presentation amenities. Guests are responsible for setup, teardown, and returning the space to its original condition within their booking time.

Choose between The Beacon or The Vault. For larger gatherings or breakout-style experiences, Full House access is available for select bookings.

3 hours: $250
5 hours: $375

evenings & weekends/per floor:
3 hours: $295
5 hours: $450

Whether you choose to host the event yourself or work with one of our trusted Preferred Event Partners, we'll help you create an experience that feels effortless. From planning and styling to coordination and event management, support is available every step of the way.

Choose between The Beacon and The Vault, or expand your gathering across both floors to create a seamless, multi-space experience for your guests.

Venue rentals begin at $400 on weekdays and $600 on weekends (minimum 3-hour booking).

Most events invest between $500 and $1,000+, depending on guest count, timing, setup requirements, and optional event support.

All pricing is subject to HST.
