Yes! Lumen House is ideal for workshops, networking events, launches, tastings, strategy sessions, small celebrations, and community gatherings. For larger or more complex events, we recommend booking a package like The Illuminate or The Studio Social.

Every hourly booking includes access to your chosen level (The Beacon or The Vault), all existing furniture, styled vignettes (Beacon), lounge/boardroom layouts (Vault), WiFi, Alexa, TV + screen mirroring (Vault), the whiteboard, and kitchenette access (Vault). The space will be clean, set, and ready for you when you arrive.

Packages offer more value, more time, and more ease. They include buffer/setup time, layout options, elevated experiences (like golden hour access), or multi-hour flow for creators and hosts. Packages are ideal when you want a smoother, more intentional experience at a better rate than hourly.

Yes! That’s our Full House option, giving you access to both The Beacon and The Vault. It’s perfect for events, content days, corporate workshops, or sessions needing multiple backdrops and zones.

Small items can be moved and returned lightly. For larger resets or full reconfigurations, we offer a furniture reconfiguration glimmer to ensure the space stays safe and beautifully styled. If you wish to have alcohol, you’ll need a Special Occasions Permit and insurance.

We offer a partnership discount with Bulles et Bières for an elevated bar experience and they handle the liability. We also have a partnership Posh Cheeseboards.

The Vault includes a kitchenette with counter space, a small fridge, and sink — perfect for hosting, catering, and refreshments.

The Beacon is our main-floor studio — bright, design-forward, and curated by Upstaging Limited. It features styled vignettes, open space, and natural light perfect for photography, content creation, and intimate events.

The Vault is our lower-level lounge and boardroom space featuring cozy seating, a kitchenette, a TV, a whiteboard, and flexible layouts. It’s ideal for meetings, workshops, and gatherings that need focus and flow.

Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you need early entry for setup, you can add extra buffer time to your booking.

Yes. To protect our staging and textiles, Lumen House is a shoe-free space. Creative socks are encouraged, and slippers are welcome.
